Who can argue with a brisket that looks that **** good...

Not that you need any suggestions, but my brother bags the brisket and adds some of the juice into every bag. He then vacuum seals and freezes. Then, later in the year, we sous vide it up and it's almost like the day it was smoked.

EDIT: Feel free to Fed-Ex me some in a temperature-controlled container...

Absolutely no hate from me here. I use a Campfire pellet grill for my briskets too I use a couple of smoke tubes to boost the smoke flavor.

I'm too cheap and don't do enough big cooks to justify buying a nice offset.
