These types of internet fights always dwindle out. They’ll get tired and do something else.
And all 3 of the posters in issue are able to handle themselves. This was nothing more than a rock fight between posters who have been throwing rocks for years. No one gets hurt.

But to your point, it is physically impossible to read through every thread and see if it has been hijacked by an argument. We aren’t paid to do this so the time we spend on CIS is time we volunteer. So we do our best. But more than monitor relatively civil back and forth arguments, we are more interested in posts that cross a line in terms of the verbiage or tone. Offensive posts.

Annoying posts? We don’t have time.
