He would not come...I used to think he would but man. How would he come? He's getting top studs they were never able to land ever in there history. The minute we show interest they will fight and we can beat them in the money game. But we won't spend it......UM has the money to match but will they. Also he would be going to a worse roster talent wise especially up front.

It's a tough one but he may not come to a administration that's at a civil war.

So the reports last year he was interested were false? when did you talk to him??????????? and the only reason he would is because he is a die hard cane and would to love to bring us back!

I'm not saying anything abut his interest in Miami, but people never seem to understand that this supposedly limitless Nike money goes to facilities, not salaries. Check assistant coaches and you'll see what I mean, although they provided an initial bump for Leavitt, who left since then.

We COULD have made a play for him last year. Not a guarantee, but we had a shot. And we ****ed it away and aren't ever getting it back again most likely.

Mario would be dumb to take the Miami job. Taking the Miami job would be career suicide.
 
I have nothing to base this on but a gut instinct, I think they (certain members of the BOT) will back up the Brinks truck for him when Diaz fails in '20.

people doubling down on Mario coming here at dsj stupid levels. It’s easy to say “if he was given the chance he would come here” while there is plenty of evidence that not only was he shot down as a candidate by Blake and bot before and no traction of him being considered as a current candidate.
Anyone can make a blanket statement on sht that ain’t happening but “could if it did”.
If the bot and Blake wanted Mario they would make it happen now that his buyout might be manageable.
