Defensive stats since Manny’s arrival

I dont even think it shows total yards and YPP is on there with rank.. Manny always had slick **** to say about the offense back in day, he needs to tighten up this defense asap so we can stack wins and get better recruits.. VT offense is up there so far this year, big challenge this weekend

It had total passing yards at 75th when it’s really closer to the 30s per play. I think run defense is the bigger issue.

I agree that he needs to tighten up starting this weekend. He is the guy who brought in the LBs who are struggling.

VT oline looks like a freaking problem.. I dont know when their offense got this explosive, over 35 points on every opponent except wake, not sure if herbert is playing but hope he lets his hammy heal completely..

And the misdirection they use we have handled in past but last year does not make me feel good with that matchup for our LB

That is kind of the point ins't it?

Forget the stats because especially in college football it matters more who you play. If we played Bama's Schedule.....

No one can realistically believe our D stats would not be a lot different with this schedule.

This year's ACC stats will help make you feel better but they mean very little when comparing just how good our team really is.

Why? Missouri and Tennessee suck, Leach is a joke, and Georgia’s offense is a dinosaur.

Mond and Kiffin would score a bunch.

How different would they be

Not making excuses, but there a few new players on the D and many youngin’’s have gotten PT. The O is starting to gel but the D is seems out of sorts.

Well, that’s a little hyperbolic, UGA is scoring 30 points a game but whatever.....

It really comes down to;

Are those SEC teams really as bad as the ACC teams we played and is our defense is really on par with Bama.

The answer is no to both. Stats just don't mattter especially when we play some of the poorest teams in footbal.

A&M and Ole **** are both good offenses. Every other team on that list is below average or worse.
