I mean as horrific as what Winslow has been accused of, I’m not giving any turds a free pass.

Not when Hernandez was murdering people on the streets of Gainesville (or trying) and having Urban, the Florida athletic department, and the Gainesville PD cover it up. So that then he could go on to be a serial killer and actually kill several more people.

A football team, athletic department, and university that actually enabled a serial killler.

What do we have to be ashamed of?

Whatever Winslow did or didn’t do has nothing to do with the Miami Hurricanes. NOTHING.

You can’t say that about Hernandez or the crime wave known as the Florida Gators.

This IS the difference, unless we find out it was happening at The U and let it happen.

It's like when Jawand Blue and Figueroa drugged and raped a girl on campus, and were kicked out of school IMMEDIATELY, as they should have been. No one at the school and none of the fan base stuck up for them, because what they did is miles bigger than football.

Conversely Florida enabled their players to commit crimes under Meyer, just like Penn State enabled Sandusky, and their fans STILL stick up for how the schools handled it.

It's not as much about the crime itself as how it's handled by the school and the reaction from the fans.

So funny how Florida fans call Miami Thug U for dancing on the field and minor crimes. Just under Meyer, you've got Hernandez (which by most to many accounts seems to at least have shown signs of being a psychopath while there), and:

Rainey was arrested for aggravated stalking
Gary Brown for battery on a woman
Carl Johnson for violating a restraining order
Cam Newton for burglary, larceny AND obstruction
Rickerson for FELONY domestic violence/strangulation
Jamar Hornsby threw a man into the hood of a car AND stole a dead girls' credit card
Tony Joiner three arrests including battery
Dorian Monroe for felony theft
Avery Atkins for domestic battery
Dawayne Grace for battery and theft

Madness.

But the worst one of ALL of them?
