@lindend For 2027 you've got Valdin Stone listed, he reclassed at Blue Ridge in VA and is going to UGA. Top 50 player for this years class. Committed right after JJ flipped to Texas. Hes also a DT now.

Appreciate all the work you put into this

we need a jumbo edge in the class.

Someone who could be a strong side end...int he 6'3-6'5 250+ range....he seems he can fill that.....

Gooden the ucla commit is another one

Logan Nagle out of NJ i would love to nab in this class.

and https://247sports.com/Player/yahya-gaad-46150981/

all these i would go after with these guys being longshot flips.

From a resource management perspective, I’m not sure it makes sense to invest in another top-flight WR this cycle, like Calvin Russel.

Looking at the high school side, Wingo, Spafford, and Evans already give us a strong trio. We’ve also seemingly hit on Moore and Toney, Upshaw is earning solid reviews, and hopefully JoJo returns from injury and lives up to expectations. Point is, we've built a promising young core at receiver.

Instead of spending big on another HS WR1, I’d prioritize adding a veteran presence through the portal (similar to CJ Daniels) and redirect those resources toward landing a top-flight Safety, DT, or DE.

Give me Russel over another portal wr and go after a top flight Dlineman

Plus I think we will have more traction with the 2027 WRs too as well as Lennear just being THE local guy to go for.

We NEED to go all out for 3 more DLineman (ideally 2 top DTs and 1 Top EDGE) and 1 more Safety, and Keeping Dopson

Will add that 2 years in a row with our offense/WR production should be an attractive destination for portal WRs if need be. Would definitely prioritize DT/DE over Russell if its one or the other.

@DMoney in the 9/29 Bank

The Canes are after big fish. Oregon commit Anthony Jones (Mobile, AL), Texas A&M commit Bryce Perry-Wright (Atlanta, GA), LSU commit DeAnthony LaFayette (Orlando), and recent Clemson decommit Dre Quinn (Atlanta, GA) are all in the mix. Asharri Charles (Venice, FL) is committed.

@DMoney update from the 10/13 Bank

The strategy at defensive line is simple: "Swing for the fences." Expect aggressive pushes for the likes of Anthony "Tank" Jones (Mobile, AL), Bryce Perry-Wright (Atlanta, GA) and Dre Quinn (Atlanta, GA).
