It wouldn't surprise me if the HC at Memphis and/or Tulane move on after this season. Dawson would be realistic candidate for both.
This has been the case with Cam Ward and Carlson Beck at quarterbackThis season should tell you that Dawson would be a pretty big loss. We have replaced half of the starting offense, including the entire receving corps and QB, who did not practice till summer and have not missed a beat.
We scored 49 on USF who are more talented and healthy on defense vs the unit we played a year ago and the game was over in the 3rd quarter.
He’s not the type but I mean things happen my guy. This Miami situation for him is perfect though. And he’s not really an old guy. Believe coach is 47 or 48. He can and is willing to wait. Living in Miami isn’t bad lolNice to have you back on board, my man. Is Dawson a guy gunning for a high level P4 HC job? I thought the word on the street with him was that he wasn't the type.

Dawson’s HS QB evaluation and recruiting has yet to produce a competent quarterback.
In last year‘s bowl game,Dawson looked great when we had Cam Ward at quarterback I looked like a total disaster when Emory Williams came in the second half.
and Dawson is from LouisianaProbably wishful thinking. I guess if the $ was right but who or why would he leave S.Fla to go to Blacksburg? Not a good fit at all.
DELUSIONAL to believe Nick Saban is coming out of getting paid millions on GAMEDAY to live in Blacksburg, VA!!They also think they may have a shot at wooing Nick Saban out of retirement if John Gruden is not interested (techsideline.com).
Interesting. He left Wake because of NIL and the portal. He'd have twice the expectations for both of those things at Va Tech..On ACC PM the other night, Dave Clawson seemed to apply for the job as he gushed about the opportunity there for a new coach. Hyperbole filled exaggeration to ingratiate himself with VT fans.
okay okay,
if dawson know what's good for him he relaxes, let mario and the machine get qbs for him and collect these 1mil+ salaries while living in miami florida
okay okay,
i'll tell the PG version.
we were at the boss' house (my ex wife worked for MTV Latino) for a pool party. the queen comes out with a tiny g-string bikini showing her long beautiful body. WOW. the only thing about her, however, is that she had the most foul mouth i've ever heard in a woman. a total turn off. her now husband richard marx is the same. can't stand the guy.

uh ... unless he's living unrealistic lifestyle, 1mil+ a year is ABSOLUTELY something to be excited about in miamihe's making more than one million. by the way, one million in miami right now isn't something to toot your horn
What is the non-pg version of the story?okay okay,
i'll tell the PG version.

Lane pays a lot of money for someone else to be an OCalso, i argue that he's making more than one million a year. Per Football Scoop and 247, here are the top OC salaries. Of course, Miami doesn't report what he makes because they are not obligated to do so, so we don't know for sure, but i am going to surmise that he's above $1.0MM
