Cut it out with the slow developing routes.

Your QB has elite accuracy and can get it out quick.

He’s marginal (at best) under pressure.

We’ve got the most elusive WR in America and solid possession guys with quickness.

MOAR tempo passing. We should be living on slants, whips, and curls. I’m all for taking shots but this slow developing crap can’t be our base passing O.

Also…

Please no more taking Mallory out for Lyle at critical points in the game.

Running Fletcher out there with one hand for the 4th down run into an 11 man box - absolute coaching malpractice.

Almost 600 yards of total offense and 43 points and only gave up one sack. For a bad game we sure did ok on offense. The defense was the reason this game was close with their stupid penalties and non stops on third down.

28 points in regulation against a team that gave up 44 to Louisville and 50 to Alabama.

Offense left a lot on the field… and could have put the game away much earlier.

Dawson ended the game on fire but the middle was way too soft.

You’re absolutely right Defense had to be saved… but the defensive backfield is beyond decimated so there’s a little bit of an explanation there.

He’s too stubborn with trying to force an aspirational offensive identity… trying to run in between the tackles, rather than pivoting to an outside running game.
Did you see him having to check his calls thru Maribal? MArio wants to win a certain way.. Thats what get us in these type of games yearly, this time we actually won itl.. This was like SMU, goin for it on 4th down and jumbo run up middle

So was this Dawson fault or his players not executing. Pick in the end zone and mensah played terrible. Offense was not the problem today.
