Ball should not have been thrown. It never had a chance. The DB saw where Beck was going from the jump and the ball placement wasn’t anywhere near where it needed to be to have a chance of success.

Kirby admitted in the interview at halftime that they were totally unprepared for what Deboer was doing with Milroe & the empty sets. Said they hadn’t seen it before. He obviously made the adjustments at halftime and shut it down.

Couldn’t adjust to a couple of freakish Ryan Williams catches, though.

don't see Ole Miss dropping out of 15. I think Miami is 6, but could be wrong.
