I can see an argument both ways, I suppose, but my gut tells me that if you spend your whole career working on guys who are already fully developed as adults, do you have the skillset necessary to work with a blank slate in 18-19 YOs I'm sure knowledge is great, but practical experience in working with that age group is entirely different.

My post was really lazy but knowing the upstanding gentleman you are I knew you would explain. I can see your point. On one hand, coaching in different weight rooms shouldn't be a challenge for a seasoned S and C guy.
