Miami Dolphins QB coach/passing game coordinator

This would be an intriguing guy for our offense. He has plenty of OC experience and he is apart of one of the most exciting offenses I’ve ever seen. We have speed to work with on our roster. We have a speedster in RB Johnson and two dynamic incoming freshman, speedsters Breshard Smith, Ray-Ray, Washington, and an incoming freshman WR and do it all TE recruit. Bevell also has a track record of working with elite QBs. If money is not a concern go get Bevell and a portal QB and let’s ride. He’s already in Miami so the transition should be smooth

How can Mario not control him when he would be his boss? Mario has like a 10 step hiring process that he has been very proud and vocal about where he questions the OC about how they can implement what HE wants.. It doesnt matter who comes in, he will make sure they have his philosophy and mindset of tuff n fizical with absolutely no tempo or 2 minute drill even if down multiple scores..

Mario is a recruiter. After the last 2 seasons of terrible play calling he has to know that it not good for recruiting and keeping the kids on the team happy/engaged. Having an explosive offense 30 minutes away is the sell during the hiring process. The fans also has to do their part by putting these high profile name out there. I keep hearing that money is not a concern. If so, make it happen!

This might be true but right now he is just a QB coach/pass game coordinator. If money is not a concern and we a dedicated to winning no one is off limits

He's likely getting a NFL OC job or will be the Dolphins OC if Smith leaves. It's very unrealistic

Every coach wants more. An OC or HC is the goal. Remember he’s just a QB coach right now. He doesn’t have to spend the rest of his career in college. It’s an opportunity to evaluate

Here’s your answer at OC. If Mario still feels like he needs to meddle then he needs to stay an OL coach.

Fam we have to think big. We want to be big dogs but continue to shoot for small fish. He’s right in our backyard. What will it hurt if Mario takes his shot. At least the fan base will see that he is serious about fixing this terrible offense

He will be an NFL head coach in the next 3 years if he continues to have a pulse working under Mcdaniels

He shouldn’t. Fans were ready have parades when he was fired from Green Bay and Detroit.

Just because he get McDaniels pumpkin spice lattes now doesn’t mean he will be a good HC. Will be Matt Nagy 2.0

Look at his track record. He’s not Matt Nagy
