Darian Mensah Training In LA W/ Malachi Toney & Jordan Palmer

Interesting how he said Durham wasn’t his vibe and he’s much happier at Miami.
college town vs. city life ... i went to school in gainesville, everything there revolves around uf ... if it isn't planned by uf it's not coming ... no fine dining or shopping, strip joint is two exits away and it's trash ... no beaches ... it has advantages on gameday, but after that, it's a very average town, i'm sure durham is similar

tbf, while its not miami, durham is basically a suburb of greater Raleigh. same with chapel hill. its not like Gainesville being an hour and half min from any big city (orlando, tampa, Jax).

Had to do some work in Raleigh for 6 months. Did not seem like a traditional college town, had more of a suburban feel to the area.

Raleigh is basically NC's one of two main cities and their biggest tech/research hub. Charlotte being more geared towards finance.

wake forest is more akin to gainesville.
Lived in Charlotte for 3 years, just moved back to Miami..spot on with how you put it.

Never went to see the area around Wake Forest but if I had to guess it's probably similar to ECU and its surrounding. Greenville, NC felt like Tally/Gainesville.

is it that obvious i haven't been to north carolina, lol ... thanks for the lesson

Barkate is going to really, really enjoy his time at Miami. He has a degree from Harvard, he has a lot more money than a regular college student, and he has that hair and those looks. if he has a g/f, I suggest that she moves in with him or she won’t be his g/f much longer.
True...but our thirsty Miami SoFla U of M girls, will be busting themselves to show out for Bar.
It will be "wild times " in the Gables for sure.
Dude has got it going on, along with his Mensah connection....good lawd..

mensah and cam don't **** with the weight room like that ... lol
It’s just genetics. Those guys work out a ton and probably have strong cores/hips, you just can’t tell lol Like some dudes will never have a nice 6 pack because God just didn’t gift them with that type of core

Most QBs dont, its not really a part of their training to look like a jacked LB.. You See Manning, Brady or any Qb really shredded?

Plus Im sure when he requested feedback from Advisory Committee they said he needed to gain weight, some have said he looked small last year.. These gms are wild and picky, they like their QBs at certain weight..
There is some interesting sports science coming out about athleticism and non traditional body types. Patrick Mahomes dad bod is a good example. His target bodyfat percentage is pretty high at 14% but thats by design, most NFL qbs are in the same boat. A lot of MLB pitchers have a similar approach. Then you have other "kinematic movers" like Nikola Jokic and Luka Doncic

Funny he how Hecht let him upload it then he had to pull it down and edit some parts out a couple times, lol.. Hopefully no one got the first version to cause uproar.. lol..

Good to see Mali/Barkate/Upshaw all linking up.. His comments on offense giving him freedom..

Editor could be better but good overall since he doesnt upload alot.. Need more reps..
What was the first version that would cause an issue?
