I think both QBs have very strong cases to start,
JW has been playing well (except in the last game, he was horrific) and improving, but he has 2 flaws (Lack of feel for the deep ball and not scrambling when there’s a lane) atm, that coupled with an inefficient OL is hurting the offense.
Perry can sling it and throw a beautiful deep ball, has an ok ball placement for the most part and looks more mobile than JW. But he will give opposing defenses a lot of chances to make plays on the ball, he goes for broke way too often and if he can’t reel it in he can cost his team games.
At the end of the day if Perry is the guy that will put the ball on JT4 and Brevin hands he should be the guy going forward.
boht underthrew the deep ball from what I saw. seems to be another issue there
