Damon Wilson 2.0

TT has already probably overspent on the two edges they already landed. He would be a third, they already landed 3....but im not counting him because he coming from div 2 and they likely gave him 30k.

I'd pay for this kid though. Venice kid we recruited since HS. TT didnt develop Bailey or Romello Height.
What areas would you like to see Miami target moving forward?

This portal cycle has made clear that Money is King. It's been purely transactional.

You'd think what Jason Taylor did with Mesidor and Bain would entice any elite DE prospect, but the reality is that Damon Wilson is probably going to the highest bidder. Hopefully that's us.

LB (1 if MO Toure is back, 2 if he leaves)

THESE ARE IN ORDER ON HOW MUCH I WOULD PAY THEM AS WELL
I think corner is above LB. But I agree with the list overall.

We don't have a lot of needs. But the main ones (QB/SDE/OT) are BIG.

Yep those figures are last years when Qb top numbers where 4mil.

Its 2026...top of the market 6.5 now, so DE figures to have shifted.

Just like salary cap leagues it will only increase each year.

The real key is there's no salary cap, the agents have every incentive to "reset the market" on a yearly basis.

Yup I'm close with this.

Can maybe get away with zero backers if we only lose say 1, and definitely if they all come back? But if we lose 1 I would like someone come in even if they are experienced depth at best. I wouldn't even mind Trey Lathan, has had a decent career at both WVU and Kansas. But you're right if Toure back and Bonner takes a step off what he looked like as a productive frosh at NC State, then that top 5 is actually a strength at the moment. I worry about losing a Pruitt or Aguirre though. That's if Pruitt is still a backer (no one seems to know for sure on that) but I think he's back at LB.

OL is really only needed if Bell leaves, and if he does then I would prefer a tackle, but we probably have some flexibility.

Wouldn't mind safety depth, someone a step above Britton Allen, but again we seem to like what we have and the frosh we brought in are going to be tried at CB, nickle, corner.

If Blount is full-time outside, then the DE we bring in can be either SDE or a pass rusher imo, but I have no clue where Blount is playing and it probably is just both inside and out.

I'm interested if the following players can ever be 2 deep while at UM

Mcconathy
A.Jones
Newton
Mack CB/Nickle
Ewald CB/Nickle
Francovilla
Plazz
B.Wash
