-His favorite move in the open field is a one step and go
-Says he's a one cut and get by you type
-Devin Hester is his favorite player
-Hester was the most elusive player he watched when he was at The U
-Liked how Hester did everything
-Says Hester was fast, real fast, and did everything the coach asked him to do
-Says he watches Hester's HLs a lot
-Cook and Hester are both listed at 5-11 190 and both wore/wear #4
-Would like to meet Hester, says it would be a great feeling
-Feels he is the best back in the country
-Says his mom told him to keep working and everything will come
-Says his top end speed and vision separate him from other backs
-Visiting USC on 25 June
-USC is telling him he's like Reggie Bush
-Says he still talks to Miami
-Says with Miami right there he talks to Hurlie Brown a lot
-Says Hurlie calls Roland Smith and they stay in contact
-Says he was supposed to attend a Miami camp earlier this month but a family issue prevented him from doing so
-Says he is trying to get down there
-Says he talks to Florida coaches on a weekly, sometimes daily basis
-Plans on being up at Florida a lot this summer
-After his USC trip, Cook will be participating in The Opening in Oregon

HB & Roland played together for 3 years I'm pretty sure. As long as Miami keeps contact with Cook till NSD that's good for me.

next week he's gonna say he hasn't talked to hurlie brown in months and the week after he's gonna name us his leader
 
Let him meet Hester so he can cross that off his bucket list and move on to the school that offers the mo$t. Dangle the Hester carrot and tell him that Hester works out with the team over the summers.

We will always have a shot as long as Roland Smith is his coach (from what ive heard he is a 5 star ADMIRAL in Liberty City), his brother goes to the school, and Miami Central is looking like its gonna be a feeder school for us. BUT put him in the same category as Ermon Lane in regards to the fact that this kid wants to play for a winning program, play on national TV, and play in big games. Everything else is minimal. If we win 9+ games, win the ACC or at least go to a good bowl and beat a quality opponent. (Like Clemson did last year by beating LSU). He will start taking us seriously. Thats all we can ask for.

Somebody call Hester up and get him in contact with Cook now. Then, lets wait and not post any more about him until NSD. That's a long ways away and I could wait until then...Unless he flips to the U before NSD.

He didn't retire but the Bears will probably cut him to get out from under his contract.

Hmm, if he does get cut I see him just chilling with family for at least a year because he was talking like he didn't really want to play
