Brown or Lyle.

Pringle won't get enough carries to be top 2 in rushing.

For the season, I think it's Lyle. They are going to save Fletcher's big boy roll for playoff football. I think Brown just comes in to relieve Lyle and Fletcher. Pretty much what he did for Fletch last season. Pringle has been dinged up so we will see come Fall camp, but I won't be surprised if Mallory jumps him. Hellcat isn't bad at all and it appears Mallory already jumped him.

Gerard Pringle is the obvious answer, Lyle is my darkhorse as i wholeheartedly believe his struggles last yr were mostly injury related

The fact that Jordan Lyle didn’t hit the portal leads me to believe the coaches have plans for him. He looked pretty bad in 2025. Wonder if this year is a big turnaround.

This is my fear. Hopefully Upshaw will bring some new perspective to the room..

Brown but I could see Pringle taking it as well. Lyle has to prove it for me, been pretty down on him.

Pringle was weak in pass pro last season, but he has the best speed and vision on the team. If he stays healthy and continues to improve—like most freshman should—Pringle is going to be a major factor

IMHO, Pringle also is a better fit with Mensah who is mobile and a young but talented offensive line

I think we all agree on we have 4 backs that we are fine with playing. Dare I say 5?

Would say Pringle but if he struggles in pass pro, his PT will be significantly reduced. Going with Lyle for yards and Marty for carries.

Obviously Fletch will lead in both - but the good thing about Fletch is he realizes that in order to make it another 16ish games for the natty, he needs to his fellow RBs to be confident and fed the rock too.

When you have weapons… gotta use them.

It’s pretty clear with Mario that RBs and WRs have to be able to block well to play (unless there are injuries). Pringle provides a nice change up and we should utilize it as much as possible
