What player is going to make a big leap this year (like Horton), or make a big surprising impact as a freshman (like Frederique)?
I would say guys like Lofton and trader but I think you're expecting it. Give me Jordan Lyle, I think there's a real possibility that he's not only Miami's most consistent piece offensively, but I think there's a real chance he winds up being Miami's best skill player. Honestly any RB Fletch, Marty, maybe even pringle (albeit less likely)

Carson Beck is going to eat with this offense. People acting like he's just going to be a safe QB and hand off the ball but dude is going to make a statement especially with this protection he will have in front of him giving him time to throw dimes.(Granted he's healthy of course)

Mark Fletcher.

Committee maybe expected but I think him being a bellcow bodes well for himself and team in general.

1100 + yard season.

By the end of September, we will all be saying “Holy **** Jojo Trader is a player”.

Wesley Bissainthe becomes a much better player than anyone expects.
The TD during the bowl game was very nice, stiff armed, showed strength and body control....If that's him in a nutshell, we will all be pigs n ****.

Rooting hard for Wesley, think the LB's were just lost as a product of all the stunts called by Guidry. Hope he excels with better LB coaching.

The body control is what really intrigues me. This isn’t just a kid gliding past everyone and catching wide open passes. He tracks the ball very well and controls his body superbly. We had really good, veteran receivers last year, and the only real knock on Jojo was he needed to get stronger. So I’m not killing him at all for the minimal production last year. This kid isn’t JJ Smith in the sense JJ could’ve held up physically in college as a HS junior. Jojo was much thinner. So he’s going to need a little time to develop. IMO year 2 is where you see a kid like this explode. The ball skills, the athleticism, the feel for the position is there. He needs to learn how to be physical enough to body DBs. It’s hard to do at 180 pounds and 18 years old.

Kirby offered this dude after his freshman year. Saban offered him as a sophomore. He has everything you need to be a 1000 yard receiver, he just needs to dedicate himself in the weight room and with KB.
