More popular names are obvious but the real answer is:
Phillip Buchanan.
He was probably the best & most naturally gifted speedster we ever had at DB and he was dynamic returning punts. Scored multiple times. He had natural better skills than Hester at CB and his ability to consistently return kicks puts him #1 while being an All American on defense.
Know him personally, solid individual deep down.
