This is the correct answer. If you picked 10 or however many things to rate someone on, he'd have the highest average.
Another popular choice, Francis, I wouldn't even put in my top 10. Comedy wise, sure, but he ducked and ran every time he was called on his bs, even when you pulled receipts. A lot of you fell for the caricature he is. A ton of his posts were for likes, definition of a lame.
