I go with Vince too. Im bias i just love him as we're both from palm beach county and his dad played football at lake worth hs as did my dad around the same time .My dad ran into them at the boynton mall when Vince was 8!

That's wild, I was in middle school when Vince was playing the Punter position for Santaluces.

Years ago I was having my driveway paved and used the crew that a buddy of mine, who was a GC, used.
Father and son. Got to talking football with the son and he had played RB at Santaluces with Vince.

Not sure how to distinguish between Jerome, 'Tez, and Sapp. All DOMINANT. I guess 'Tez for only one season could slot him below the other two.
 
Jerome Brown is the definition of a Cane. Great player, great leader, talks trash and backs it up on the field.

He is why they hate us and I love it.

Maryland was pretty unstoppable in 1990. Go rewatch the Texas game. He also started in 88 and 89. Could have left after 89 and was projected as a 1st rounder.

Russell is under appreciated by a lot of fans.

Not case closed. Reggie White was his teammate and Brown was also a bad MF in the NFL. Of course White is going to say nothing but great things about his fellow all-pro teammate. Sapp is also a NFL HOFer. Brown absolutely would have been HOF as well if not for his tragic passing. Both Sapp and Brown are elite. I watched both play and Sapp was more dominating in my opinion. I have him just slightly ahead of Brown, but not much.

If you have Brown as the best, I can totally understand and agree with that. Like I say, can’t go wrong with either, but Brown is not light years better than Sapp. It’s not case closed and it’s certainly ok to have a debate about it.
