DAILY DEBATE: Who didn't make the pre-season All ACC team that will make it in December?

Not sure that's completely accurate. Martinez has been more consistent over 2 seasons averaging over 1,000 yards. Hampton only had 400 his freshman year. Also, Martinez has a better average per run at 6.1 versus 5.9 for Hampton. Furthermore, DJ Ukelele wasn't exactly putting the fear into defenses allowing them to load the box more versus a top 5 QB in Maye
I love Martinez but Hampton had almost as many yards after contact as Martinez did in total. He's a more explosive player than Martinez and will probably be the first back drafted next year.

The Canes on the list are Cam Ward, Xavier Restrepo, Francisco Mauigoa, Rueben Bain and Andres Borregales.

Martinez is a bellcow at a position where we don’t have a ton of depth (esp while fletcher is out) and running behind one of the best OLs in the nation.

Yeah, some other RBs in the ACC are nice, but no one has it set up as nicely as Martinez does. First team all-ACC incoming.
