For the wrong reason? Sam Brown. There was so much talk about him but he just didn’t seem locked in. Obviously game 1. He still had a good willing block on the first Fletcher TD run. But the meh effort on the goaline and dropped pass by X was tough. I’m sure he’ll have plenty of amazing plays throughout the season.

I guess surprise on defense would be Oj, just played 20 snaps and didn’t hear him name called which is good. Maybe also Markeith Williams? He was in tight coverage on a 3rd down in the redzone.
