Staff couldn't close with Cook

Patrick was never coming here.

Staff probably won't close with Scarlett

You also forgot Sony & Collins.

It's mind boggling when you take into account the amount of RB's we've lost over the last 3-4 cycles.

Scarlett is still committed. Until he decommits. That's all we know. And you know what. Ain't **** anyone of us can do about it. We will ***** and moan. Say we know this or that. And agonize until signing day. It's a roller coaster every year.

Powell is on the admin. Because apparently a 4.0 GPA isn't quite good enough for the Harvard of the South.

Scarlett has about as much chance of becoming a Cane as Cook. LOL! Elite RBs all over S Fl, and Folden lands 2nd rate Yearby and calls it a day.

Do not disrespect Joe Yearby

Sorry to tell you but we get second choice, look like a slower version of Cooper with a better balance. Cook was in a class apart along with Sony and Collins. Thanks Folden! You mother ******.

Are you f*ckin serious calling Yearby second rate??? Yearby is one oh f the sll time great RBs to come out of Dade County, he was rated higher than Collins (didnt blow up till senior year) and Cook (before rivals and everybody else changed rated him higher till after the season)...... FYI FSU originally wanted Yearby and not Cook, Coley along with their RB coach thought he could be their version of "Duke Johnson"... they are very similar except for Johnson is faster.... when Coley left they were fighting to hold onto Yearby but he followed Coley here.... Cook would have never went to FSU if it wasnt for that.... it would have been a Florida n Miami battle with him.... FSU was barely recruiting him .... so dnt say Yearby 2nd rate... he definitely is a stud... and if it wasnt for injury in the playoffs, he would have continued to dominate as the main RB at Central

We don't need him to be cook, just be productive... I'll take Yearby with 1k yard for the next 3 years... If he does his job along with every other player, we'll be fine... Larry Johnson was the Doak Award winner but I wouldn't have traded him for Willy McG...

Folden didnt land ****. Yearby came with James Coley to Miami. Yearby wouldn't be a Cane either if Coley wasn't hired.

Too be fair, Collins was killing it since his junior year... Led Broward in rushing since his junior year... That being said, Yearby isn't 2nd rate... I do think he needs to get faster but I can see him being our next 1k back... Cook and Collins are both better but so what? He is still a great back... I'll say the other two are better only because of their size and speed.... Other than that he is on par with those two as a football player... I agree with you...

SMH at some idiots around here. Yearby started over Cook, you drunk *******.

They practically split time... I think everyone knew Cook was better but its not like Yearby is a scrub... He's a really good back... A really good football player...
