I think it would be smart for him to at least keep Beard and maybe Ice. At least for a year. Having someone with a connection to the players and the local recruiting scene is a smart move to help ease the transition, it helps with coaches the players like and respect too. Scott should probably get a better gig, especially if Richt can bring his TE coach with him. Everyone else can take a hike. I wouldnt mind Coley staying on as a QB coach/Co OC with Richt really running the show, he's a good recruiter and I think hes a decent QB coach, but I doubt he would do that as its why he left FSU in the first place.
