I keep hearing that we need a culture change and couldn't agree more, however, this alone will not necessarily fix everything.
Even if you have a winning culture, great players, and tons of depth you still have to roll it out on gameday and have a scheme.
What Manny needs to figure it is does Enos' under center, slow huddling offense fit the scheme he wants.
If the answer is yes then just go out and get new players and change the culture and we'll be alright.
If the answer is no, we still need a culture change, new players, better depth etc. but then you need scheme which means a new OC and staff.
It has been stated multiple times that SoFla high schools run spread offenses. Other than holding on to past Canes glory, I can't imagine why Manny is reluctant to change his offense to mirror what high schools here are doing. Perhaps that is one reason we lose so many recruits.
At any rate, we can all agree we are in a rebuild and we are stuck with Manny for now. I hope he makes the right decision.
