absolutely pathetic for senior night. these seniors busted their *** fr four years and this is what they get running out of the smoke for the last time. pathetic.

I know this sounds bad but what do you expect this is as much on the administration as it is on the fans. They created all this negativity around the program by keeping all these losers coaching this team. It's very simple spend money on the football program and win games and you're gonna see that stadium packed with fans.

I was there! Was running late and missed the senior intros tho...saw the whole team come out and stayed til the end. Crowd actually wasn't terrible. They were into the game for the most part.
 
It was a actually a decent amount when u think of how poorly of a season it was dont let the camera angles fool you...and they were into into the game
 
I was there...crowd was honestly better then I expected it to be considering how they lost to UNC last week

Looks like nearly 50k to me. At least that's what they'll report.

I do feel a tiny bit that there's not more there for the seniors, but the state of the program has a lot to do with that. Having said that, it's also somewhat deserved. Yes, we had a huge problem with Al and a good many of the coaches still around, but at some point you have to step up. Getting blown out like we did against Clemson and UNC, mostly on the coaches, but the players pride needed to kick in or you get what we got.
 
The crowd was actually better than what these routine threads will claim is "deserved". I mean, c'mon. The only thing getting people out on a miserable day like today would be hope that we hire a decent coach anyway. Save the "deserve" argument for your time machine that can go back and change the result of the UNC game. That effort kinda deflated the immediate post-Golden buzz.
 
I love our players, but we ALL deserve better. Cane fans were the best for years. You do not break a Bama home win streak record (they even cheat to get it there- played their big games in Birmingham and lost some of those) with a crappy fan base. The administration wanted to destroy the program and took everything from us. I am sure many here are like me and have invested more than just time at games cheering. We have given treasure and love for decades. the swamp was empty the last two years; The Big House was empty; fans want to win. Miami fans want to win it all. We are the hottest chick in the club every night -- you want our attention, BRING YOUR FRIGGING A GAME!!!!!!
