And the head of this list that needs to come on here and eat crow immediately is @Peter Ariz this punk goes on every podcast and the only words out of his mouth are “ I’m still concerned about the second and third string D line” over and over again. The D line has been ******* dominant Petey boy! So stop pushing your BS agenda on every podcast because it’s getting old and come on here and eat crow. How many yards did USF get on the ground yesterday against our defensive line sport? Lol

USF hasn’t been good on offense all year. They hardly scored on UF

Don’t worry, this will be bumped every week this season. My money is on, this is a playoff team and good enough to win the national championships. Miami has the best QB in the nation, the best offensive line in the nation and a top 5 defensive line in the nation.

This thread is a week too early for me - maybe a November too early for me as we started out 9-0 last year and collapsed - but assuming we beat the gator, like we should, I thought this was an 8 win team with losses to ND and UiF, though I said I expected us to beat the gator as Lagway had no practice time and I thought he’d be injured, I wasn’t changing my prediction late like Wiltfong. 🤣 I also felt the middle of the defense was going to be a liability. Nope. This dude Heatherman - however it’s spelled - looks like a great hire. If only he was here a year earlier.

With these wins now (assuming we beat the gator) and the middle of the defense being solid, hypothetically we should run the table to the playoffs. I would guess we lose one we should win but FSU is our toughest remaining game in my opinion.

Let’s beat the gator though - if we don’t we can still have a great season otherwise with a path to the playoffs. Happy as **** to be headed for a better season than I expected.

Never understood the Mark Fletcher hate.

It's almost like fans write off players if they aren't a 1st or 2nd round pick type talent.

This dude is a baller. There is a reason Ohio St wanted him. He's going to get drafted.

Who cares what round at this point. I'm happy he's on our team

Last clip is what I thought he couldn't do anymore. Very happy to be proven wrong. Glad only 1 of your bullet points apply to me too. If you're a poaster who went 7 for 7 please do better.

Brother at some point you have to save these posts for meaningful point in the season. We've played 1 P4 game man. Premature victory laps can't be the only thing we do here.

A little early on these type of call out threads, but I’ll eat crow on Mesidor and Chase Smith. I was one that said Mesidor was mid. He’s been outstanding thus far. I also said Chase Smith shouldn’t play another meaningful snap at LB for us. He now looks like he belongs at the P4 level and is playing solid thru 3 weeks. Mesidor is playing all ACC caliber right now and I don't see him slowing down.
