Yo MainLine we're all in this together as Cane fans. We all can't be happy about the program because we are spoiled... we don't take losing lightly.LOL!! Thanks for your concern.
As an alum, I WILL ALWAYS BE A CANE. That will never change. Win or Lose.
As for my day, It's still going great and it will still be again tomorrow because I'm fully grown and have had more than my share of blessings in life to worry about losing a game.
Still have my family, my health, my homes, my business, all of my big boy toys and I don't owe anyone anything. I will always have a great day
So if you were hoping I'd be off crying somewhere.......sorry to disappoint you.
I'm also blessed, and though I just turned 64 I'm retired and healthy. I'm also debt free other than a mortgage.
You've had good posts and I've let you know here and there. You're good dude.
Just one irony regarding being a diehard fan and being an alum. My stepson who is half my age is a UM alum got an IT degree and is living well in Canton, GA. I'm not a UM alum but I am a diehard Cane, been one since the 70's. My stepson is a diehard Fins fan and will not miss a Fins game, but he doesn't have nowhere the same passion for Canes sports. I am the complete opposite. 22 year OB season ticket holder... would of been longer if not for job commitments. He has Star Wars tattoos mine are Canes. Just a little gossip.
Later... see around here
