Big news here is the Darrion Owens news. People forget how good that dude is. If he can get back to old from by FSU we should be fine at LB.
 
Owens getting back would be awesome. Hopefully he can regain his speed

Id say let him rest another week and ease him back against App St. Long as we get Jenkins back by FSU we should be fine with him out for a few weeks
 
How come a torn meniscus sometimes results in a basketball player missing several months, but a football player can play on it almost immediately?
 
Man I hope Molten can make an impact. We desperately need a 4th quality DT.

Dude.... In one game he matched ALL of his tackles for loss that he had last season? I know it was FAMU, but c'mon thats absurd. He was a starter for us over half the season last year and only had three tackles for loss. Another friendly reminder how terrible Golden and Dorito were.

I actually think that if all Jenkins misses is FAU and App State, we're very fortunate. Certainly could have been a whole lot worse than having him miss 2 games that we shouldn't need him for, now that Willis is available and Moten apparently is healthy enough to play. Ideally, it would be great to not have to risk him coming back against GT with the way they love to cut block, but that will be dictated by how healthy he is and how Willis and Moten are playing.
 
Molten and Willis are back. That gives us 4 DTs that are better than any DT on any of the next 3 teams we play.

How many goddam DTs do the "we don't have any depth" crybabies need to beat the meatballs coming up on our schedule? We got Chris Farley in the wings to throw out there during blowouts.

Its hard to get tackles on the other side of the line of scrimmage when the defensive scheme doesn't allow you to run past it.
