Spring football is in swing and the board keeps expanding. Here is the latest on recruiting:

- Miami is hosting several big unofficial visitors tomorrow, including QB Dereon Coleman (Orlando), RB Derrek Cooper (Chaminade), WR Jasen Lopez (Chaminade), OL Joel Ervin (Fort Myers), LB Jordan Campbell (Carol City), DB Jaelan Waters (Armwood), DB Andre Clarke (Richmond, VA) and DB Justice Fitzpatrick (STA).

The Canes continue to trend heavily for Waters and, while not as far along, I am optimistic on Lopez. He is a high-priority target...

AL and LA are the two states I wish we’d get more players from. Seems like every blue chipper from there is a straight dawg. LA will always be tough, but now is the time to strike in AL.
