The whole "you're either coaching it or allowing it" thing is cute for a poster, but it's not reality. You can't change your roster mid-season.

Cute for a poster you can’t your toster mid-season but you change your depth chart that’s for sure…you change how you scheme up things etc etc…

If that’s the case, what should Mario do in the off-season? Hit the portal hard? Encourage Heatherman to look for another job? Relieve him of his duties? No coach wants to be known as trigger-happy with a coordinator… Not a good look for a respected DC.

Just tighten up on all the lil things…I like Heatherman…we just going through some growing pains in certain areas..we will be ok imo
