A lot seems to have changed since I grew up in Michigan. Cass Tech was the magnet school for all the smart public school STEM students, and with terrible athletics. Nice to see that some of the really good academic public high schools are also athletically competitive.

If the curse of the Nickname kicks in here @JHallCanes , don't blame me, blame @One9. I've got nothing to do with the nickname in the OP. Although, given how late we got involved, IDK you can blame the nickname if/when he doesn't pick Miami.

"UNC tomorrow, then he's planning on Miami on an official, Colorado, Michigan as well, and he's talking to an SEC school who is very interested in getting him down on campus," Cass Tech head coach Marvin Rushing said. "Things are starting to pick up as he determines what he's looking for, which is an opportunity to play both sides of the ball and be developed. But there is an interesting possibility he might be primarily a defensive guy with some special teams cause some coaches feel he can a lockdown slot corner that can translate to the NFL well."

Rushing says the Miami, Colorado and Michigan dates will be determined after Sadler returns from North Carolina, also due to him having finals this week.

Sadler will announce his commitment on August 15th.

At least the last 20 years they have recruited the youth leagues and placed high level athletes in scholarship programs.

Because he's a stud and we hav 105 schollies…. Take any talented player you can get. Both Spafford and Toney are capable of being more than 1 dimensional slots, and I doubt Joseph is around any longer.

You take Lopez if he wants back in too.

Sure you scour the earth and allocate as much as you can towards DT at this point. But there's plenty of room for talent at every position on this team.
