Over the course of the entire season, Miami has allowed 37 TOTAL points in the 4th quarter.

Pretty damned impressive.

I have been extremely impressed with our second half defensive adjustments under Manny. Total change from the last regime

In a related story, our offense thrives right after halftime, outscoring our opponents 145-56 in the 3rd quarter. Also good.

It was an interesting season for sure. A lot of good things happened for the future of this program. We have to build on it

For the math majors in the crowd, that means our defense allowed *barely* over 3 pts/game in the 4th quarter.

Adjustments made at the half? I can believable. I wonder how many points have opposing Pop Warner teams scored in the second half on Doritos this year?

both of those were very apparent and what gives me hope for next year! they consistently made adjustments.

Great find. Our 4th quarter defense has been very stout, the only outlier coming from that Notre Dame game where they turned into swiss cheese on the last couple of Notre Dame drives. I'm very pleased overall though.

Agreed. In fact, ND had the most 4th quarter points of any opponent at a whopping TEN. Every other opponent was 7 or fewer. We pitched SIX shutouts in the 4th this year (would have been seven but for a Duke TD in garbage time.)

Anyone think that the S & C and how deep and good our defensive line was had anything to do with it. Look at the depth of the opponent when they play in the Florida's humidity and heat, I have noticed that this occurs quite often. I guess that was the reason for the Canes four fingers up at beginning of fourth quarter.

Lol at the idea that anybody would trust dorito to coach a team of 7 year olds.

Most promising news is that the only key player in my opinion we are losing is corn on defense, Jenkins is replaceable with Johnson I believe

Richards looks like he can take the torch from coley on offense
