It is new Miami contract form. He gets: 6 years - (banners flown/win/loss ratio) + #ACC Titles x #NCs - 5 years if he refuses to fire his son when asked. They are calling it The Golden Chute Clause.

Every coach at the U should be on a 3 year string for renewal . I don't care if it was Vince Lombardi. Things happen... benefits both sides.. we should have learned our lesson with the last 3 coaches ...without giving them the cat, dog and the house.
