It happens, literally, all the time and in every state. These lists reward production and some kids, for a wide array of reasons (system, opposing team's systems, teams avoiding him, etc), don't have high numbers, they don't get put on there just because they're on somebody's all-american list.

i never said anything negative about him but he was one i was truely iffy about him from the jump. The only recruit i think we're wasting a scholly on is Rozier but like i said im willing to bite some rabid possum meat if im wrong lol.
