Its laughable thinking big 10 is getting rid of founding members that dates back 125 years. Indiana is the current champ. LolI just don’t see the Big 10 getting rid of any of its “legacy” members.
Maybe Rutgers leaves at some point, giving up on FBS altogether if it can’t get a life raft to get out of the hole.
But the Big 10 also rans are not going anywhere (Iowa, Purdue, Indiana, Northwestern, etc). Those schools help in the academic area and beyond that, they are needed to help prop up the 3-4 teams at the top.
