He may not actually come back. Could be negotiating membership into the Premier League.
Speaking of European soccer... relegation would be awesome in college football. Let the SEC and Big10 be the 2 big leagues with 12 teams each, then make the Big12 and ACC feed into them with 12 teams and then other leagues feed into the Big12 and ACC, etc, etc. Have the top 2-4 teams from the lower leagues trade places with the bottom 2-4 in the league above them every year.

Never going to happen, but it would be fun.

No it won't ... not playing games against BC and Syracuse being broadcast EXCLUSIVELY on Disney + streaming service. In 4 years you will literally need to be in a B2 conference to get any national exposure and recruiting advantages will be HUGE for the P2 conferences. Miami needs to go NOW regardless of the cost in order to get a seat at the B2 table or face the fact that they will basically be a small regional team period.

That's why the ACC is fooked. There's no one left to add worth anything.
I always thought they should have had a Big East Division, and an ACC Division
Big East: Miami, Notre Dame, Louisville, Pitt, Cincinnati, Rutgers, Boston, VT, West Virginia...
ACC: Clemson, FSU, GT, UNC, NCST, Wake, Duke, Maryland....

Lol ACC’s only hope now is probably convincing ND to join and asking WVU, Cincy, UCF, Tulane, and Memphis to join and that’s a pretty ****** haul.
ND joining the ACC was a pipe dream months ago. It's downright laughable now.

Maybe they could offer ND 90% of all tv monies, first dibs on any ACC bowl spot, and nothing but home games.

Yes, that would be interesting but we all know Premier league membership in college football would be rigged.
