Concerning G5 opening

We gonna **** our pants every time a job comes open?

seriously it’s annoying as ***** how whiny fans have a been about Lashlee possibly leaving. Saban loses coaches every **** year. Our fans need to stop being so **** scared if Lashlee leaves. Manny knows what kind of offense we need now to be successful and will just hire another uptempo high scoring OC if Lashlee leaves.

folks need to enjoy the ride and stop being so **** worried

Arkansas State is kinda like that Temple job in that it's a stepping stone to a better position. I don't see Lashlee getting top tier P5 offers, and if he does, it'll be at a punching bag school that never wins.

He can follow in his mentors footsteps by taking the AK State job and parlay that into a better gig after getting some HC experience.
correct, lashlee has done a great job depends on a lot of factors but if he wants a P-5 job that a great job, a couple go good years and a P-5 awaits. School(Ark State) is solid record wise and has had success , so it would not be a dumpster fire. If big IF King comes back
along with some other key guys sky is the limit to national exposure. interesting to say the least

I Hope Please GIF
Blake Baker is available

If King decides to play one more season, Lashlee could see that as an opportunity to pad his resume with a top-tier college QB in his scheme for a second season. Miami seems to be on the rise, and potentially ACC championship contenders next season.

Another reason to stay is he may not want to uproot his family after one season in south Florida.

I dont care about all the stuff about Ark st is a good next step to a head coaching gig. Come back and coach next year and even maybe the year after that and take us to a title you will most likely have a nice little list of great jobs to choose from. I mean just look at lane Kiffins path. I would think that Lashlee would be viewed as a much more mature coach at the same stage in there coaching careers.

We also need some dam continuity within our own program so please boosters open up them wallets and pay this man to stay around for a little bit. Personally I think he needs a few more years here of being productive and he writes his own ticket.

Why is there any concern about a coach leaving. It happens when teams are wining. Also when wining easier to get decent replacements for those that leave.Just be happy if we are good enough for others to knock on our assistants doors

Can you read? I said he is NOT a valuable commodity, you quoted he IS! As of now, you are on ignore. I’d rather be waterboarded than read your nonsense

I don’t put people on ignore, but feel free to put me on ignore like I give a shlt. If I haven’t put you on ignore yet, nobody goes on ignore. In between your fawning over Gene Smith, and your constant loving on the Big 12 and Ohio State, it gets a little nauseating.

Also, somehow the “not” got deleted - don’t know how - but the question is the same: how do you know that he is or is not a hot commodity?

Let me save you some time, you don’t know.

So, I guess every job opening announced we’re gonna see Lashlee gone posts? He’s been a huge upgrade from Anos, but not the world beater most have made him out to be. He’s our best OC since Chudd, but look at that list before crowning the guy.

Go Canes!

This job used to be a springboard for other jobs, but they made it ridiculously hard for Anderson to leave with his contract after they got burned. Freeze was there for 1 year and went to Ole Miss. Malzahn was there for one year and went to Auburn. Harsin was there for one year and went to Boise. So they made the buyout ridiculous and Anderson was there 7 years before going to Utah State despite going to 6 straight bowls until this year.
