Complaint against our players by AppState Color Guard

This is nothing like the Duke LAX scandal. This issue lasted a day before the truth came out. There is no real damage done.

Do yall know how hard she worked on that routine?! How much blood, sweat, and lung capacity she sacrificed? None of us, not even the players, understand the chest pains and wheezing she endured to work on that routine for the largest game of her flag twirling life. And we ruined it by blocking the fans from seeing it when we ran through. The audacity.

Ap St should remove this girl from their university, and their AD/and or President should go on TV and make a formal apology to UM, and the football program.

This is how the victim mentality/SJW's work. They know they can cast accusations without basis and the backlash with create issues for the accused. Thank god it appears there is enough video evidence to clear the team and the players.

Has ESPN taken on the Onion for the best spoof reporting? I swear this is almost like a spoof article from the Onion. "We haven't looked at videos or talked with anyone but a girl said she was assaulted on live coverage of ESPN" ESPN owns the rights to the footage that could prove or disprove the case. Do your job and research the report!

For once it would be nice to see the ACC slam ESPN for posting this type of crap. Sadly, the acc only looks out for UNC and duke. We should of jumped to a football conference vs trying to help make the acc one.
 
The ASU admin and police force in Boone should be ashamed of themselves....how can you blame the girl when the adults aren't squashing this? Totally tasteless. I never really liked App State, but now I have a serious hate for that school.

If you havent done so..watch the espn special on the Duke scandal. Absolutely incredible the lives that were turned upside down from that scandle. Well worth the watch!!
 
Let me enlighten you. ONE STUPID GIRL (your words not mine) turned into slandering a university/team/coaches image when she decided to post libelous comments on FaceB and it's then picked up by ESPN, etc. Where are the 'others' who can back up her story? And the other P5 (you mean Wake?)are watching closely as is the ACC. Oh & to those business community members who stooped so low as to put signs in storefront windows "It sucks to be U"....who would want to go to Boone again knowing what people now know? ASU put themselves on the map all right but in all the wrong ways.

Appalachian and our fans were thrilled to have a program of your caliber come to Boone. I'm sure you had the pleasure of enduring a few of our fans talk trash on this board last week. That being said, every Miami fan I encountered on Saturday was respectful and conducted themselves with class. I will not let the words of some on this board change my opinion from this weekend.

Fat (Color Guard) Chance, Jethro. Let's spell it out:

- Your Color Guard winner is another damaged snowflake who thinks if someone breathed near her, it's assault.

- Your AD, instead of bringing in the adults (let's see, band director, Dean of Students, Police Department, etc.) and demanding evidence, wimped out. If no evidence exists (which all indications are, there is none) you use your position and recommend to the University President to nip it in the bud or your band Color Guard will cost you big $$$$

- Yeah, BIG $$$$. Read a few posts up, I mentioned HB2. If that isn't enough of a deterrent to scheduling with your "university," the absolutely elementary school way this is being handled at App Store seals the deal. Better start looking through your old DII directory...You may have to take a chance and have DIII Mount Union come down, but then again, you might get beat by them. Don't forget defamation of character suits...Frivolous? Well you still have to pay lawyers to defend your "institution."

- 2020 game? Nah, UM will send you a check, we have real P5 universities to schedule.

Good luck sueing a university over a students false Facebook post. We can't manage our students social media. App will be fine. Worse that happens is y'all drop the return game. I would not blame you. I'd honestly rather play UNC or NC State if possible. No offense, just a better game for us.

Pretty sure your "flag guard" organization representing the university came out and said it. Honestly, this couldn't **** me more off. Just cause you got your *** kicked at home in the biggest game in the history of your program (biggest home game not counting Michigan) you make false accusations and call our players "thugs" "hood" and other racial slurs. I hope another power 5 school never steps foot in your hillbilly town ever again.

One of the best 30 for 30's I've watched.. even though it was hard to stomach.

Three very clear things....

1. Sophie Randelman is a social justice warrior looking for attention. At worst she was barely touched and is exaggerating the event and/or injury;

2. ESPN continues to hate Miami and report on the school in a baised fashion;

3. ESPN will deem the accused guilty immediately without evidence if it support their social justice agenda (i.e. rape, assault, discrimination)

That's the verdict by silence now.
New unis is the story on Miami now.

Case closed in the court of espublicn opinion.

Of course ESPN will drop it now that Blake James is pushing their AD for answers, reviewing video, questioning the woman & asking for an investigation. I'd drop it like a hot potato too if I were ESPN.

ACC is the redneck conference folks, they will never have Miami's back for nothing. The best thing to be is independent f being part of a conference which hurts scheduling who you really want to play. That is why ND has stayed independent in football.

SEC is the redneck conference. ACC has a solid portion of its colleges in large/medium cities with elite educational schools. SEC schools other than Vanderbuilt aren't either except FL with education.
