Complaint against our players by AppState Color Guard

A player running into anyone on the field and knocking them over is called an accident. Not assault. This is Example #1 ,456,385 why the Millennial generation (of which I am a member) is the worst.

Wrong. If it is a canes player, it's called assaulting or groping.
 
I still can't get over how ridiculous her statement was. According to her, some of our players decided to Dalvin and Jameis her and her friends while sprinting onto the field. Unfortunately for her, there were hundreds of cameras pointed at them that proved otherwise.

Why is this still a thing?
 
Calm the **** down. The only *****es I see in this whole thing are on this board crying about slander and libel and ****. So she made a claim and no matter how this ends people will think those Miami thugs groped some poor girl. So what? Everybody already thinks Miami is a bunch of ni@@er thugs and there isn't **** you can do about it. I had a-holes at the Maryland game tell me that Pata deserved it because he was a thug and probably a dealer. Think there's any way to fight ignorance like that? There isn't. If there were any way to get that label off, somebody would have found it in the last 20 years. So if you're going to be Miami fans, man up and quit whining.

Yeah so you know that lib beat writer who loves to write articles about anything negative about Miami, reads this board more than you looking for anything he can to type out a story on his blog. Since it was POSTED on this board, he goes and writes an article, and what do you know...guess whose article is linked on the national website like BR? Yeah Palm Beach post.

and you can see, not one person is knocked down "Near the end zone". In fact, I put number outlines on the cop that ran between and watch it, even in #2 pointing to a person to stay away.

I am pretty sure if the cop would have seen something, the cop would have been stopped. In addition, the photos show multiple police officers throughout the entrance. I call formal bull****.

having watched matt ports' clear video, the only thing that i see that could be objectionable is that a player ran through one of the rows of the band (stupid) and a few ran through the band and the color guard, but it does not seem that anyone was touched. while stupid, it does not rise to the level of harassment or anything remotely similar.

They were simply insulted that our players ran through their performance, and basically shut it down. I guess they expected us to dutifully and quietly walk in to the side along the track rather than run on to the field with energy like every other visiting team in the country does.
 
Sorry if a similar statement has been made but the real damage has been done. The team has now been accused of being thugs and accused of inappropriate behavior. To anyone that has read this and does not know that the UM team is full of good kid, that do a lot for the community, then it will be damaging. Just look back to the Duke rape scandal. That was much worse, but even though they have now been cleared, there will always be an association of rape and Duke LAX. The accusations always weigh heavier than the results.

Ap St should remove this girl from their university, and their AD/and or President should go on TV and make a formal apology to UM, and the football program.

This is how the victim mentality/SJW's work. They know they can cast accusations without basis and the backlash with create issues for the accused. Thank god it appears there is enough video evidence to clear the team and the players.
