I'm seeing a few posts suggesting maybe he wants to be at DE and Miami wants him at DT. That can't be it.
I've seen this kid on multiple occasions. I'm no coach or scout, but I can't imagine any Miami coach/scout ever envisioned him at DT. He's fairly well-built but he's way too long and lean and doesn't have the physique to play inside. There have been some freak DTs that are 6'6" or 6'8" but those guys tend to have a very thick, sturdy frame. I think he's a little bigger than GR15 was here but consider having a guy built like GR15 now and asking to move him inside.
I think it's got to be something else than a dispute about what his position is.
