College Gameday Guest Picker

Still wild to me this game isn't a sellout. Tickets aren't THAT expensive. Cheapest on the school site and on secondary markets is about $150. I don't think that's unreasonable.
I still don't know how the school filled several hundred seats at the last minute for Notre Dame. Maybe they all got dumped onto the secondary market at once, but I was watching pretty closely and I didn't see it happen. There was a massive block of available alcohol-free seats that suddenly got sold. And it wasn't just an on-paper sellout either, those seats were all filled. Hopefully, the same thing will happen this week.

There are considerably more open seats at this time than there were 2 days before ND. But hoping the same thing happens again

While their are several people that would fit well like a CoCo Gauff or Danny Ramirez, I assume The Rock was the 1st choice. Seriously, how could he not be? You never know personal schedules, but he just wrapped up promotions for, "Smashing Machine". He did GameDay once in 23 for Colorado, though.

Add in ESPN's new deal with WWE and their first PPV is on Saturday too

The Rock is a global superstar. He could be guest picker, talk to the team, and I'd get all the recruits in front of him.

He can check off a lot of boxes in 1 day to help the program.

game lost its attractiveness with gators sucking. I was in hard rock north last year and even to open season it wasnt "sold out" either. Ward even commented on it in presser
Gators not only sucking but also because of it a bunch of Gator fans aren't making the trip because they've thrown in the towel on this season and staff.
