College Gameday Guest Picker

you never know what´s going on behind the scenes. maybe UM is trying to make a connection with him ($$$$$$$$$$ or publicity) or with hockey or maybe Disney has other motives.

I don't think some of ya'll don't realize how ESPN chooses these guest pickers, especially in recent years. Some of them have absolutely zero affiliation to the university. For example, Blake Shelton is from Oklahoma, but never went to OU, and he was the guest picker of last year's OU/Tennessee game.

ESPN also has a huge contract with the NHL and the Panthers just won two Cups in a row.

I'm not worried I'll get shot down by a professional "star". Speaking of shots, I am worried about needing a shot of penicillin afterwards. Also, I am married and not willing to pay that price. The part I left out of the equation is that while I am indeed older, balder and chubbier; I'm also significantly better off financially now than I was 30 years ago where all I had to work with was some slightly above average genes in the looks department. Money is a major aphrodisiac to some. I can seal this deal....but the squeeze ain't worth the juice (eeeew).

IRL, I am very tough. FyZiCaL? Eh, could use some improvement, but I'll throw down if needed. I got some of that old man strength combined with some white-boy-crazy mixed in. I just don't want the hassle and I don't want to get shot or stabbed.

Have you ever heard the tale of the Father Bull and the Son Bull looking down upon the valley filled with cows? The son gets excited and tells the old man, "Dad...look at all those cows!!! I'm gonna run down that hill and go F one right now!" Before Dad can say a word, Junior runs down the hill, F's one and runs right back to the Dad, all proud. Before Dad can say anything, Junior finds another cow, tells his dad the same thing, runs down, bangs away, runs back up to Dad all proud. This carries on a few more times. Finally, after about the 5th or 6th go-around, Dad starts slowly walking down the hill with Junior next to him. The son finally says, "Dad, what are you doing?" Dad said, "Son, why do I want to run down this hill and F one of those cows real fast when I can take my time, WALK down the hill, and F THEM ALL!"

Sometimes the old guys know a thing or two. ;)
 
Not big on hockey but from what I know he’s a bad *** and panthers are a Miami team that is back to back champs
