He never played on my team but I always liked Chad Pennington as a QB. That said, I liked Kurt Warmer too. It doesn't look like the kids of either are anything resembling their dads as players.

Actually seems kinda rare at that position (outside of the Mannings and Andrew Luck) where the dad was a known QB and the son outshines them.

This is like the opposite of the Vinny situation where Junior was a lot smaller than his dad. Looks similar to the Vinny situation when it comes to dad’s QB ability vs son’s QB ability.
