they are pretty bent. Ed O seemed to think he was in even though he never accepted. Seems Freeman has 6 small kids. Decided it was too big of a move for his family so he picked ND. Elderly parents involved, too.

His report for the top DC spots included some interesting guys, but all of them would need convincing and some money.
