Coaching staff retention

Just keep Hetherman, please. Yes, would love to keep everyone obviously but if I have to choose one above all…

How many DC spots are available in the league? I don’t see someone going straight from CFB DC to NFL DC without any NFL experience at all.
Exactly, that's why I think this is about the assistants.

Losing Taylor would suck obviously but we knew very well a move was going to happen sooner or later, especially a move to the pros.

I don't think Taylor wants to leave living here
Dolphins got a new HC, they looking for new coaches, he can coach here and not have the downside/quality of life issues of being a cfb asst coach and still live here I think? Do they have Dline coach filled?

Have any of the true insiders on here said a word or hinted about who interviewed? I feel like that dude who posted it on Twitter only rips off from the insiders so who actually started it and did they mention names?

Agreed especially if he knows he’s likely the DC when Hetherman gets a HC job.

Taylor seems like the type to hate the traveling and recruiting of college football though. My fear was always the dolphins asking him to be their Dline coach.

I thought Mario asked Hetherman for 3 years before pursuing another gig.

I can understand DC of an nfl team could change that.

Joe Brady being a rags to riches story got everyone thinking it’s possible.

Shoot I think Hetherman would have been better than what the Steelers went with.
