His recruiting was obviously great this cycle but I wasn’t a fan of his to begin with and wouldn’t be sad to see him go.

Manny’s right, he only needs to fire Enos since atleast 3 of our stellar defensive coaches will get hired away for a promotion due to our impressive defensive stats and rankings.....

Fact is if Manny fires the entire defensive staff today maybe only Rumph would get a P5 job. No top 10 team would hire Patke or Banda even as GA’s. It’s the same shït on offense, NO ONE in P5 wants ANY of our coaches. If no one ever checks out your lady, you’re with an ugly bïtch and it’s time for an upgrade.

But you do realize that he's currently the 41st highest paid HC in the P5 right?? There are only 65 total teams. What kind of highly qualified HC are you expecting when the university consistently insists on making bargain bin hires? If he fails, he will do so for a myriad of reasons, not just simply because of his preparedness & qualifications. In life and especially in CFB you get what you pay for, because the teams that win the most, also spend the most. It's really not that difficult to understand.

What does his salary matter? He isnt worth being the 100th highest paid coach, given his resume.

There are probably 100 more qualified men than Diaz to coach this school.

Only thing absolutely week to week is support staff. The rest is per situations but often multi year & buy outs come into play. The plus in our offence & their mac level resumes is most probably wont require buyouts. I know barry however would require a buyout.

Stubblefield had one year in the ACC and Hickson one season in the Big 12. Everything else was G5, FCS, High School (!). Stubbs even had a stint in the CFL.

It was one game where our offense turned the ball over like 4 times and was 1-10 on 3rd down. Our offense put up 3 points until 8 mins left in the 4th. It was just one game not one bad game after a next. I mean fans here expect these guys to be elite on defense or they should be fired... Blake Baker puts up a quality top 20 defense thats top 5 in TFL and Sacks in his first year and everyone wants his head. I really don't understand it???

Whatever sources you have needs to be re-evaluated. No way he was remotely close to being gone haha you don’t tell a coach he is gone then take it back. That relationship is not salvageable at that point.
