Coaching Changes

Hiring Rumph would be good for recruiting but what we need are some seasoned coaches that have shown an ability to get the most out of their players.

DC for 3 years. Head Coach for two years with back to back state championships. At the high school level, yeah. But this shows he knows how to get the best out his players and coaches.

Put together a staff of former NFL players and ProCanes. Shows zero ego. Shows he can motivate. Shows he can teach. And shows he's a winner.

Well, known, liked and RESPECTED by all Florida HS coaches and players (For those of you in Loma Linda, this means he'll recruit!). So, he can recruit, he can coach and he's a winner and he's RESPECTED by players and coaches.

Sounds like it would be a great get. Barrow, with zero coaching background has shown to be reasonably competent. Mike will too. Hope it's true. Great place for him to start.

Mike Rumph is Vince Lombardi compared to Paul Williams.

Mike Rumph was a 4 year starter at Miami, won a national title, played in the NFL and is a sucessful head coach at the HS level.

Paul Williams played at Delaware, coached at Delaware and at Temple. Uh...yeah.

It's the tell tale sign that golden is a bad leader he refuses to surround himself with people that are potentially better than him, classic sign of a bad CEO

the scheme hear sucks but the only two positions where are players are develop are the two positions where we have temple coaches. DL and DB. mark my words, bring in kevin patrick and a new db coach, kids will improve. its a major problem with technique.
