Really looking forward to see if he’s got the balls to make changes. Hartley and offensive changes need to be made to take the next step.

Offensive line coach is iffy. 78 St. louis looks like he has reached his peak at RT.
 
ST and ol are awful.

And is Jorn Richt just an overpaid recruiter ? Asking for a friend
 
hartley definitely. he won't sacrifice his son, great job with rosiers development ****head, so it might be brown or dugans. the only two coaches on offense doing something. ok with the defense, maybe drop banda or rumph for a lb coach? not sure anything changes though, richt probably believes its the kids and not him. man we've seen this before..

what oc do you think is going to improve with rosier at qb, one rb, one te, and wrs like dayal harris, cager, and langham in the rotation. that is not playoff caliber talent. wait until 2018 kids get here before you judge the offense.
 
Special teams defintiely need to be relinquished from hartleys control.
Our kick return is historically bad and the guys haven’t been blocking on the unit at all. Punting is atrocious

Drop bands or Rumph ? lol that we want any recruits dbs isn’t the issue. We have a 10th coach add an on coach

Need to be replaced:

OL...Old Guys named Stacy sure don't have Mom's that have it goin' on
S&C...At least Don Felder can play Heavy Metal and Eagles' songs while the guys lift
ST...Guys named Hartley get canned in the NHL all the time, even if they have the added bonus of being Francophone and winning the Stanley Cup; should be no different at UM.
 
We need a new "team doctor" to improve the team's "nutrition."

Hopefully our doctor is of the shady Russian variety.

We look skinny. Gotta get on that juice.
