Our OL play has been suspect all year long. Having said that I doubt Richt changes anyone on a staff that is 10-2 in his second year as HC.
 
OL. I'd invest in a second OL coach.

If Miami could ever have a dominant OL with all these athletes.......game ova

The expectation is to be an elite program and tonight showed how far away Miami actually is.

Talent isn't the sole issue as the team has looked bad against mediocre teams all year. While 10-2 looks pretty on the surface there are definitely some staff improvements that should be made.
 
What we need is players and depth Clemson 45 four stars and up 9 five stars. Miami 24 and playing with 75 scholarship players. We need savages.

Hartley can't recruit? He just got 2 of the Top TE the country and one of the Top 3 kickers in the 2018 class.

He will not make any changes to his coaching staff. Only coaches that want to be great look to improve their staff. He is perfectly fine with his band of Yes Men.

I am relaxed and I believe in Richt but special teams have been disappointing all year and offense looked very inconsistent. All I’m saying is we should upgrade certain areas of the staff cause this loss is a remainder of where we are and everything should be evaluated.
 
Hartley is probably the worst on-field coach we have. Searles is a close second.
 
Brown is a RB coach. He isn’t an OC. Richt needs to hire a new ST coord an offensive mind to assist with play calling. I’d give the OL coach one more year after he’s had a couple of his own guys.
 
No complaints with Hartley as TE's Coach but he has a huge liability as a ST's Coach.
